About me
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2018 and have worked in mental health services in the NHS, private and third sector organisations for 13 years. In my private practice, I support adults with a range of presenting difficulties and I have a passion for helping people to prepare for, adjust and adapt to significant life events. Supporting people affected by physical health conditions has been my area of speciality since qualifying, and I also have a special interest in birth and parenthood. I enjoy supervising other health professionals in their clinical work and providing teaching and training to teams and organisations.
